Suggested wording

My issue is your terminalogy. On the SHIPMENT PAGE DETAILS, instead of using SUMMARY, use SHIPPER INFORMATION.
That would be me, your customer. And instead of using BUYER (totally misleading) use RECIPIENT. This is not a case of geeks talking hi tech to dinosaurs. Use plain English that cannot be misunderstood. None of the categories below apply, suggest you expand your categories.
