Delete information on received shipments

Due to personal information and regulations that our organization have we would need to be able to delete personal information such as Name and Addresses after a shipment has been received. We would like to request that there would be a function/button on the tab of shipped where you can easily delete the information, this for our organization, must be a feature that has to be available. We really like all the other features on it.
