Allow position and crop in the print dialog

When printing a 4×6 label image which is on a 8.5×11 page, enable positioning of the crop region in the printer dialog. As it works right now: select "actual size" and the print dialog shows a white box with purple border in the middle of the page. It would be nice to drag that crop area so that it frames the are of the page which should be printed.
