Allow decimal places in Custom Box package dimensions

I used to be able to enter decimals when using a custom box for a shipment (i.e., "8.5") but now it’s no longer possible. Apparently I have to make a preset for decimals to work, which defeats the purpose of having a custom box each time. Please go back to allowing decimal places in custom box sizes.
