Add Signature Required option for package presets

In the ship app, I love being able to save package presets, HOWEVER, I’d really like to have an option to indicate Signature Required (I use this for all my shipments). This would help a lot as I compare the shipping prices. I want to see the list of prices included that signature requirement, as each carrier charges a different price.
