Add Refresh button to Orders page if there are no results

As a first time user I had to contact support to ask why my orders weren’t showing up on the Orders page. Turns out you have to click the refresh button on the top right. If there are no results, there should be a “Refresh” button where the results would be, to make it intuitive that you need to click it to update the Orders page.
