Ability to quote shipping by zip code only

Offer a shipping quote button where we only need to input box sizes and weight and customer zip code and we can have a list of shipping methods and prices.

We used to be able to quote a shipping cost to a potential customer by just asking them for their zip code using the “Create a quick shipment” button. Now we must ask for their entire address before they decide if they want to purchase or not. Being able to input a simple zip code and have a shipping price was one of the reasons I chose this software over some others. Please bring this back!
