Senior Paid Media, Social (TikTok, Meta)  Job Description

We’re looking for a versatile Paid Social Media Campaign Manager to join our marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including content ideation and implementation schedules
  • Strategically plan paid social advertising campaigns and effectively communicate a clear hypothesis and objective
  • Clearly communicate to designers how to successfully execute on your creative brief and bring the vision to life
  • Continually tweak and optimize campaign creative, copy, audiences, and buying tactics
  • Analyze performance data and provide analysis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on what you find
  • Collaborate with social media team members to create innovative social media campaigns
  • Grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increase presence on existing platforms including, TikTok, TikTok shop, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest
  • Advanced understanding of ad-serving platforms, ad tagging, testing, buying online media and/or managing campaign budgets

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of paid social media advertising experience
  • 3+ years experience creating and executing ideas at an agency focused on e-commerce brands
  • Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Motion App, TikTok Shop and TikTok Ad manager
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
  • Ability to translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles, specifically paid social best practices
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to confidently present concepts both to your team and to clients
  • Track record of using analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth for direct-to-consumer brands
  • Solid understanding of marketing research and consumer psychology
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple projects and execute based on priority
  • Positive attitude and ability to operate in a very rapidly changing environment with ambiguity
  • Ability to effectively resolve problems and/or roadblocks independently as they occur, knowing when to escalate when necessary
