Job Summary: We’re looking for a passionate Influencer Partnership Coordinator to join our marketing team. You’ll manage relationships with influencers, content creators to boost brand presence, drive awareness, and connect with our audience. You’ll also identify partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, and execute campaigns that align with our brand’s goals.
Job Duties:
Influencer Identification & Outreach:
- Identify, research, and engage with potential influencers across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) who align with the brand’s values and target audience.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term, authentic relationships with influencers and content creators to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutually beneficial partnerships.
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives and goals.
Negotiation & Contract Management:
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and deliverables with influencers and agencies. Ensure campaigns are executed according to agreements, timelines, and budget.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance metrics, including reach, engagement, ROI, and other KPIs. Analyze data to optimize future partnerships and campaigns.
Content Review & Feedback:
- Manage the review process for influencer-generated content, ensuring it aligns with the original campaign concept. Provide constructive feedback to influencers to maintain brand consistency and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with the content, social media, and creative teams to align on messaging, assets, and campaign guidelines for influencer collaborations.
Industry Trends & Insights:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing best practices. Apply insights to keep campaigns innovative and impactful.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnership roles with demonstrated experience executing influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, influencers and creators, and digital marketing trends.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers.
- Negotiation experience is a plus!
