How Rollo Ship Works
Connect Your BigCommerce Store to Rollo Ship!
Step 1:
Log in or sign up. It's free!Join Now
Step 2: on mobile
Tap the Top Left Menu > Connections > Selling Channels
Step 2: on desktop
Head to the Top Center Menu > Connections > Selling Channels
Step 3:
Click on the BigCommerce logo.
Step 4:
To grant Rollo Ship access to your BigCommerce website, we recommend creating a new user in your BigCommerce admin system for Rollo. This user will need permissions to retrieve and modify orders.
Step 5:
Login to your BigCommerce account. Go to Advanced Settings -> API Accounts.
Step 6:
Press Create API Account button and choose Create V2/V3 API Token
Step 7:
Copy API Path value into Store Hash field
Step 8:
Select scopes: Orders - modify, Info and settings - read-only, and Products - read-only.
Step 9:
Click Save and copy Client ID and Access Token into the form.
Step 10:
Click 'Connect' and you are all set.
