USPS Media Mail® is restricted to specific types of educational materials, including:

• Books (must meet a minimum page requirement)
• Sound and Video Recordings (e.g., CDs, DVDs)
• Printed Music and Play Scripts
• Educational Films and Test Materials
• Computer-Readable Media with pre-recorded information

Items containing advertising, comic books, video games, and digital drives are not eligible for Media Mail. USPS reserves the right to inspect Media Mail packages to ensure compliance, and ineligible items may result in additional postage fees.
